Fredrik Johansson - Entrepreneur of the Year
Pallas Groups founder, Mr Fredrik Johansson, was today annonced as the Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 on Orust by the local branch of Företagarna. The Awards Ceremony will take place on 27th August.

Pallas Group publishes a prospectus for an issue to the public
Pallas Group Board has prepared a prospectus for the issue of shares which have been approved and registered by the FSA. The prospectus is available from today available electronically on the Pallas Group (www.pallasgroup.se), Finansinspektionen (FSA) (www.fi.se) and Thenberg & Kinde Fondkommission (www.thenberg.se/pallasgroup) websites. In non-digital form the prospectus is available from 14th April at Pallas Group and Thenberg & Kinde Fondkomission AB's offices and can be obtained on request without charge.

Formation of BSOMA
Fredrik Johansson took part in the formation of BSOMA, Barbados Shipowners and Managers Association, in London in November 2009. Fredrik will also be a member of the board of BSOMA which is linked to the Government of Barbados, which is represented in the IMO (International Maritime Organization). In the picture is Fredrick the far right, she and Mr. E. George Hutson (Barbados Trade and Transport Minister in the middle, and Mr. DONVILLE L. Johnson (Barbados Ambassador to the UK) to the left.

New oil deposit
Our new oil deposit Schiflet 1H is put into production since September 2009. It provides approximately 200 barrels of oil per day.

MS Glory is acquired
Pallas Shipping recently acquired the chemical tanker Pallas Glory, employed in shipping trade in the Mediterranean. Commercial management is handled by North Sea Tankers in Rotterdam.

New offices
Pallas Petroleum purchased 1% in the oil well Schiflet 1H and the well will be drilled and operated by Petromax. The oil well will hopefully be finished and be producing oil within three months.
