Briefly, Pallas Shipping consists of three cornerstones, Sales and Purchase, Ship Management and Shipowning.

Sales and Purchase
Pallas Shipping acquired a shipbroker earlier in 2009, Petership Sweden AB, broking for sales and purchase is considered as one of the company's main business areas. With world wide clients Pallas Shipping can offer a broad array of ships, a tightly-knit network, chartering, and financial brokerage.

Ship management
With long experience from both crew management, technical management and traffic/operations responsibility, Pallas Shipping can offer a complete selection of management services. Moreover, Pallas Shipping's services is certified by Lloyds Register, and bears a Document of Compliance (DOC). 'Pallas Shipping ship manages owned vessels as well as external partners'.

Shipowning
Since 2007 Pallas Shipping commercially run the M/S Pallas Ocean, a 3990 ton gearless singledecker with a boxed hold, strengthened for heavy cargoes. The ship trades in North Europe in a long term TimeCharter for Thun Group, a Lidköping-based shipping company. In 2009 Pallas Shipping acquired the chemical tanker Pallas Glory, employed in shipping trade in the Mediterranean. Commercial management is handled by North Sea Tankers in Rotterdam. Pallas Shipping intends to grow by its own means and to hold a total of five vessels before 2012. Since fall of 2009, Pallas Shipping expanded the fleet with a chemical tanker, M/S Pallas Glory.
